Q: How do we pack your goods?
1)We take extra care in packing your goods to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use a candy bag to reduce the risk of any leaks during long-distance transportation.
2)Each individual item is packed in its own box, providing added protection and keeping everything organized.
3)For even more security, we use display boxes with tear lines and heat shrink film. This not only prevents any potential damage but also keeps your goods safe from dampness.
4)Finally, we pack everything in a sturdy outer carton. Our cartons are made of 5 layers of corrugated material, making them extra strong and reliable during transportation.
Q: Do you have TPD for the European market?
1) Some of our models already have TPD testing reports. However, TPD requires testing for each flavor of each vape pod for each brand. Since 99% of our orders are for OEM customers with different requirements for their brand packages, flavors, and *** levels, it doesn't make sense for us to register TPD before they place their orders.
2) Once your order is confirmed, we'll be more than happy to assist you in applying for TPD in China or your country.
